Course Overview

Our Oracle Analytics Bootcamp gives attendees a complete overview of the Oracle Analytics platform. It is designed for anyone who is new to Oracle Analytics or who wants to understand the full capabilities of the platform. The course covers everything from the architecture and security to data modelling to building reports and dashboards to data discovery and basic machine learning.
The course starts by introducing Oracle Analytics components and key concepts. For days 1 and 2 the focus is on the data and semantic layer/meta data repository, where we show you how to create a data model from a data warehouse or directly from source.
The third day covers standard reporting and dashboards, starting with the basics and then moving on to more advanced topics such as variables and conditional formatting
The fourth day covers data discovery and visualisation, starting with data acquisition and preparation and then moving on to creating visualisations and dashboards. The course then covers advanced topics such as using advanced analytics, data flows and machine learning.
